Pickup ID Requirement

Starting October 20 at our Douglasville store, a valid ID is required for all auction pickups. (Warehouse Auction pickups are not affected.)

What to bring

✔ A valid driver's license or state ID

How pickup works

Step 1: Enter your phone number at the kiosk to get your pick list.

Step 2: Pick and test your items.

Step 3: Show your pick list barcode and ID to the auction host at checkout.

Picking up for someone else?

No problem. Bring your own ID and you'll sign to confirm you're authorized to pick up the order.

Why we're doing this

Checking ID helps make sure every order goes to the right person and keeps your purchases protected.
